The new D400 HS has just been launched by CreatBot! It features a compact size that can be placed on a desk, yet it is equipped with durability and a thermal control system, offering a build area of up to 420×400×420mm. Key points for stable printing: 1) Chamber heater up to 70°C An active heater maintains the entire interior at an optimal temperature of up to 70°C. This ensures reliable printing even with materials that are prone to thermal shrinkage. 2) High-temperature build plate With a build table that reaches up to 120°C, it provides uniform printing regardless of placement and suppresses rapid cooling. 3) Print head that rises up to 420°C Thanks to a large-capacity heat block and high-output heater, it achieves continuous printing without supply shortages or extrusion failures during high-speed operation. Additionally, it is equipped with a wear-resistant nozzle, making it compatible with carbon-filled filaments. The standby nozzle features a nozzle shutter function and lifting mechanism to prevent rubbing and interference with the model. 4) Automatically adjusting dual nozzles AI image recognition and sensors from the built-in camera automatically detect and correct the two nozzles.
