"Eureka" is a simulation software that supports all types of NC machining. It is compatible not only with 3-axis milling machines and turning machines but also with multi-axis machines. It can detect interference between all components such as spindles, tables, turrets, jigs, workpieces, and holders, as well as machine limit overs. Additionally, it can accurately reproduce operations without the need for customization if using common CNC controllers (such as FANUC, SIEMENS, HEIDENHAIN, etc.). It allows for real-time simulation while checking various errors such as material removal, rapid feed collisions, and interference with product models and jigs.

Real-time correction of NC codes is also possible, allowing simulation to resume without restarting. ■ Accurate Result Analysis Dimension analysis of processed materials, such as diameter, thickness, and distance, can be easily performed.
