At System Create, we regularly hold processing schools utilizing the tabletop cutting machine "MODELA" series! "I want to introduce a cutting machine for the first time, but what do I need?" "I'd like to take a look at the MDX series." We will introduce processing know-how in a demonstration format! We will also explain other often-overlooked settings and their solutions. What kind of model are you modifying? We will use a correction tape cover with dimensions X65, Y35, Z5 (mm).

What kind of improvements can be made? For example, reducing processing time! When comparing the processing time using the same SRP Player with standard settings and the "full utilization" settings introduced in the beginner course, the processing time can be reduced to less than half! By performing efficient cutting, not only is time saved, but tool wear is also reduced. This leads to extended tool life (which means cost reduction) and other benefits. The seminar is packed with immediately applicable information, including improvements in surface quality and know-how for double-sided processing.
