■Easy drawing from both drawings and 3D data In addition to standard 3D CAD functions, it has features that allow for the creation of turning machining drawings in an interactive format and the ability to create turning machining drawings from 3D data with a single click. ■Reduction of machining time By setting arbitrary shapes for stock, it reduces air cuts and minimizes retraction, allowing for rough machining (selectable during outer diameter and groove roughing) to shorten machining time. ■Reduction of program creation time Functions that allow settings to prevent programs from being created in grooves during roughing, automatic calculation of leftover material, and program creation divided into optimal finishing directions during finishing machining help reduce program creation time. ■High-efficiency CAM functions It is equipped with an interface design for efficiently advancing machining and a tool path creation function. ■Simulation With interference check functions using 3D rendering, it checks for interference between holders, chips, and the workpiece as well as chucks, helping to avoid troubles during machining. Additionally, it allows for confirmation of machining status, leftover amounts, and machining time through color-coded displays for each process/tool.
