CT scanner inspeXio SMX-225CT FPD HR
High-resolution, high-contrast CT scans made easy! Non-destructive testing is possible for a wide range of subjects.
The inspeXio SMX-225CT FPD HR is a micro-focus X-ray CT scanning system. [Features] ■ Easy CT Scanning Set the workpiece → Set the shooting position → Click the start button; you can start shooting immediately in these three steps. The shooting position can be smoothly set on the computer while viewing the camera image. It is equipped with an "automatic CT" function that allows you to set shooting conditions simply by selecting material/resolution/contrast, eliminating the need for specialized technicians. ■ Consideration for Safety No radiation control room is required. Additionally, it is equipped with mechanisms that ensure safety for both the workpiece and personnel. ■ Compatible with Various Workpieces With the installation of a large detector and improvements to the X-ray generation device, it can accommodate a wide range of workpieces from low to high-density materials. - [Option] Metal Artifact Reduction Software It enables internal observation of workpieces made of dissimilar materials, such as metal and resin, which were previously difficult to capture. - Significantly Reduced Data Display Time Equipped with the ultra-fast computing system HPCinspeXio ver.2, it can display shooting data in as fast as 5 to 10 seconds.
