Amphyon is a metal fabrication data verification system developed to solve the challenges of metal fabrication machines. It simulates the factor of deformation that occurs in all metal fabrications, known as "residual stress," allowing for the detection of deformation amounts and fabrication errors in advance. This significantly reduces the number of trial and error instances that were traditionally experiment-driven, thereby lowering material costs and machine operating costs. Furthermore, by combining it with a pre-deformation module, it enables the correction of STL files with anticipated deformation amounts. This achieves near-net-shape manufacturing, reducing post-processing labor after fabrication.
