I tested the dimensional reproducibility of IUS3D!
[Mitarepo] Tested the dimensional reproducibility of a 3D scanner that achieves a point interval pitch of 0.01mm in two scanning modes! | System Create
"Mitarepo" is a series that introduces what can be done using various products with the concept of "I tried doing this!" From the wide range of product genres handled by System Create, we deliver a little helpful information each time. In Vol. 86, we examined the dimensional reproducibility using the two scan modes equipped in the newly launched compact precision work 3D scanner "IUS3D." With the included high-resolution camera and inclined turntable, detailed scans from various angles can be performed with just one click. It is a fully automatic scanner that can obtain stable data regardless of who is operating it. Furthermore, depending on the quality and purpose of the 3D data required, you can switch between two types of scan modes: "Standard Mode" and "High-Resolution Mode"! This time, we investigated the differences in dimensional reproducibility between these two modes. In the materials, scans were conducted with the same settings for each mode, and the results will be compared and explained using tables and images!
