Pellet + FDM Hybrid 3D Printer 'Tumaker'
"Tumaker" is a desktop-sized FGF method 3D printer that uses pellets as its material. *Demonstration available.
"Tumaker" is a desktop-sized FGF (Fused Granular Fabrication) 3D printer that uses pellets as its material. It can be utilized for material research and development. [Features] ■ Adoption of IDEX printing head It employs the IDEX (Independent Dual Extruder) system, where two printing heads operate independently. You can use just one head, or combine both heads to enable various types of fabrication. The dual-head system allows you to choose from two types of materials: pellets and filaments, which can be freely combined. ■ High positioning accuracy in the drive components It features high positioning accuracy with low-vibration stepping motors and drivers. The precise and smooth operation of the printing head ensures stable fabrication throughout the process. ■ High-temperature equipment for various materials With a nozzle that heats up to 300°C and a table that can reach 100°C, it supports a wide range of materials. Being an open material system, you can freely choose from general-purpose materials, original materials, and recycled pellets, among others. *For more details, please request a catalog or view the PDF data from the download button below.

Achieve pellet-based modeling in a tabletop size!
Pellets, which are often used for large-scale modeling, can also be used for desktop-sized modeling. Materials that cannot be converted into filament and research and development pellets can also be modeled. Furthermore, it is possible to change the head, allowing for two types of modeling with one machine by installing a filament head. [Features] - The print head uses a screw type and controls temperature at two points, allowing for uniform melting of materials and reliable feeding to the nozzle. - Equipped with a wear-resistant nozzle, it supports open materials, making it usable with filler materials as well. - The nozzle temperature can be raised to 300°C, and the table temperature can reach 100°C. - Adopting the IDEX method, two print heads operate independently. - A pellet feeder capable of holding up to 10 liters is available, enabling efficient long-duration modeling. - The modeling area is available in sizes of 300×300×250mm and 500×500×500mm. *For more details, please request a catalog or refer to the related information below.
