[Mitarepo] New Release! Tried out the capabilities of the warp-resistant PP material "JIZAI"! | System Create

"Mitarepo" is a series that introduces what can be done using various products with the concept of "I tried doing this!" From the wide range of product genres handled by System Create, we deliver useful information each time. In Vol. 87, we tried shaping with the newly released warp-resistant polypropylene (PP) material "JIZAI." We are excited to announce the new arrival of "JIZAI," a warp-resistant material that is one of the materials used in Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printers! "I want to shape with PP material, but warping occurs, making it difficult to handle..." An innovative material has been newly developed to overturn such fixed concepts! This time, we investigated how much warping occurs. We will verify using both standard PP material and JIZAI. The materials will showcase the shaping process and its results, along with actual photos! You can download the materials from the button below.
