In Vol. 94, we used the tabletop vertical injection molding machine "Moiron KH-1775D" and challenged ourselves to try insert molding, taking advantage of its vertical features. A new vertical tabletop injection molding machine, the "KH-1775D," has been added to the "Moiron" series of tabletop-sized injection molding machines! The "KH-1775D" can be operated easily with a simple method. Additionally, vertical injection molding machines have characteristics that make them suitable for insert molding. This time, we challenged ourselves to try insert molding with the "KH-1775D." "Isn't insert molding difficult?" "The mold structure seems complicated..."
