Paraffin jig (oil-based/water-soluble)
Significant reduction in costs related to the creation of inversion jigs!
"Creating jigs requires know-how and costs, and is labor-intensive..." "When using gypsum with inverted jigs, dust can be generated during processing, leading to machine failures..." "With epoxy putty, the burden on the cutting tools is significant, and removal takes time..." Various issues arise in jig creation... With paraffin jigs, you can easily create inverted jigs by simply melting them with heat and pouring them into the workpiece, significantly reducing the costs involved in creation. Additionally, compared to gypsum and epoxy putty, they also place less burden on machines and cutting tools.
basic information
【Oil-based Type】 Paraffin melts and liquefies with heat, and when it reaches the solidification point, it solidifies. Since it is a liquid, it can be poured into recessed areas to create fixtures. Additionally, compared to other materials (such as gypsum or epoxy putty) used in simple inverted fixtures, it reduces the impact of dust on machines and the burden on cutting tools during processing. 【Water-soluble Type】 The usage method is similar to the oil-based type, but no solvent is needed for paraffin removal. After processing, the workpiece can simply be rinsed with water or warm water, or left to soak, making post-processing very easy. ◆◇◆ For more details, please request materials or contact us ◆◇◆
