Cutting-edge Scanning Laser Doppler Vibrometer Optomet is a pioneer in the world of scanning laser Doppler vibrometers using the first short-wavelength infrared (SWIR) laser. This laser Doppler vibrometer allows for high-sensitivity data collection with good signal-to-noise ratio without the need for surface treatment. The interferometer can accommodate multiple sensor heads with multi-fiber connections. Therefore, a single unit can collect data using two channels: one for the scanning laser and one for the reference laser, making it an all-in-one system with built-in signal processing functions and software. It enables compact and rapid measurement and analysis simultaneously, without the need to connect multiple units as in traditional setups.
