We manufactured the encoder disk from a thin plate. Thanks to the high-precision fiber laser, we can process it with minimal burrs and achieve high precision even for small engravings.
Our company's high-precision fiber laser processing technology enables machining with minimal burrs. We have produced encoder disks from thin aluminum sheets, which we have previously delivered as samples, and have engraved "TP" in small letters. Fine processing of thin sheets is one of our specialties, and we can achieve machining as precise as 0.01 mm with stainless steel. In addition to encoder disks, we also manufacture parts for medical equipment with a proven track record, as well as complex-shaped shims.
