The pH control device "LC" is a system that performs advanced pH control continuously, automatically, and instantaneously within a sealed piping system. ● Achieves short-term instantaneous processing and stable control over a wide range of pH fluctuations By adopting a static mixer, ideal mixing and agitation are realized. The use of feedback control allows for response to rapid pH fluctuations in the raw water. Additionally, with the incorporation of a smooth flow pump, stable and highly accurate chemical injection is possible, from small amounts to large volumes. ● Continuous process without exposure to outside air It can be directly connected to the piping on both the water intake and discharge sides, enabling a continuous process that is completely isolated from outside air. This prevents contamination by foreign substances and odor leakage. ● No need for a neutralization tank, compact installation space By modularizing each device and designing the system compactly from the water intake to the discharge, the layout flexibility is increased, enhancing the ease of installation on-site.
