☆Seal tape winding defect measures and efficiency improvement for assembly work with pre-coated screw fittings!! <Product Overview> Pre-coated screw fittings are processed with a sealant applied to the PT screw part in advance using the dedicated application machine TC-216. They can be stored long-term like regular stock items and can be brought to the site in the required quantity, ready to be tightened. Since the sealant is fluororesin-based, it can be used with various fluids. *Please consult us when considering, as there may be cases where use is difficult depending on the operating environment. ☆We are conducting a free processing campaign. We will provide free processing (seal processing of supplied items) for up to 10 fittings (external screw sizes from 1/16 to 2 1/2) that you would like to try. *If you wish for more than 10, please consult us separately. To apply, please fill out the necessary information on the attached application form and send it via FAX or email (info3@taiheikasei.co.jp). *We will return it approximately 2 to 3 weeks after your request.
