Multifunctional Corn Mixer H.F. Corn Mixer
Unique mixing mechanism. A built-in mixer with a cleaning device that makes impossible mixing possible.
The H.F. Corn Mixer is a mixer developed by Daiheiyou Kiko, which boasts a delivery record of over 8,000 units across various types of mixers, combining unique technology. It is a mixer that can handle a wide range of applications, including "mixing," "kneading," "granulation," and "dispersion." The materials introduced into the kneading tank are transported upward while undergoing strong shearing and diffusion effects from the central blades. The transported materials then move downward and toward the central blades while being subjected to stirring and shearing effects from the outer blades. The raw materials experience strong circulation, shearing, and diffusion effects from both the central and outer blades, as well as kneading effects due to centrifugal force on the outer peripheral surface of the outer blades, enabling efficient kneading. basic information
【Features】 [For Mixing] ○ It is possible to shorten the mixing time compared to conventional mixers (about 2/3 of forced twin-shaft mixers). ○ It can mix lightweight aggregates (such as perlite and volcanic balloons) without breaking them. ○ It can mix various fiber-reinforced mortars and concrete that are said to be impossible to mix with conventional mixers. ○ The discharge time of the mixed material is quick. ○ Compared to conventional mixers, there is less adhesion, and maintenance is easy with the use of a cleaning device (optional). ○ Wear-resistant steel is used for the center blade, outer blades, mixing tank, and discharge gate linings. → The peripheral speed of the outer blades is lower than that of conventional mixers. → The lifespan of the outer mixing tank and blades is longer. ○ The replacement of the center blade is also easy. ○ The installation area is small. → This allows for a wider use of the plant floor. [For Granulation] ○ It enables large-scale and uniform granulation that was unimaginable with conventional granulators. ○ Granulation from powders and from viscous materials is both possible. ○ Granulation can be done in a short time. → The quality remains consistent regardless of the operator's skill level. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
