The key difference is that it uses a "spray-type" processing fluid! Conventional wire cutting machines adopt a dipping method, processing the workpiece by submerging it in water. As a result, when you open the side door, water spills out, limiting the processing to workpieces that fit on the table. Our machine uses a spray-type system, so there is no worry about water spilling out. Whether the workpiece size is 1m or 2m, you can set it up by opening the side door. For this reason, it can also be utilized for long automatic material handling, taking advantage of the features of NC.
