In response to the request to reduce costs and weight of existing steel products, we would like to introduce a case where we handled everything from product design to injection molding and assembly. We designed the product structure and extrusion structure, achieving the transition from steel to resin. By re-evaluating and redesigning all aspects such as materials and structures from scratch, we made it possible to reduce weight and costs.
