Developed by a team of assembly machine professionals, it follows the AC servo nut runner designed to streamline screw tightening operations and ensure quality. This system consolidates the know-how of the press-fitting process, one of the assembly tasks, and is built on a highly reliable hydraulic cylinder.

●Repeat positioning accuracy: ±0.01mm. ●The built-in position sensor, load sensor, servo motor, and bidirectional pump in the cylinder enable arbitrary load, speed, and positioning control. ●No control valves or hydraulic source devices are required. ●High functionality, high output, high precision, and high efficiency with excellent energy-saving effects. ●CC-Link compatible. This system consists of a "cylinder section" that integrates a length measurement sensor and a load sensor, and a "control section" developed through software called <Recognition Press-fit End Reference Judgment Method>, allowing for advanced press-fit management simply by inputting the press-fit quality into the control unit.
