The "PSR-1A series" thin hydraulic cylinder with a specification of 16MPa for position sensing is a product that incorporates a sensor capable of continuously detecting the piston position into TAIYO's thin hydraulic cylinder "160S-1 series." The sensor adopts a sleeve-type design, allowing for high-precision absolute position detection. This product is suitable for applications requiring position accuracy feedback signals in closed control systems, such as continuous position detection and automatic control machinery, which are difficult to achieve with magnetic proximity switches.

● Equipped with a compact position sensor that does not compromise the slim design of the cylinder. ● The dimensions are the same as our 160S-1 series, except for the sensor located on the head side. ● Since the sensor is built into the cylinder, it can be used even in strong magnetic fields where magnetic proximity switches cannot be used. ● Compatible with inner diameters: φ32 to φ125, and strokes: 5 to 50mm. (Please consult us for strokes over 60mm.) ● Rod tip: standard with external threads. ● Support types: SD type, FA type, LA type.
