The electric gripper "ESG1 series" has achieved high-precision position and speed control through closed-loop control using a stepping motor and rotary encoder. The cam type features a unique structure (patent: PAT) that allows for high gripping force while being lightweight and compact. With four types of gripper bodies, including screw types, combined with dedicated controllers and support software, it meets various user needs. ● Available in cam type and ball screw type. ● Grip force can be set arbitrarily from 30% to 100% of the maximum grip force in 1% increments. ● Speed and acceleration can be set arbitrarily from 20 to 100 mm/s. (※ For SS type) ● Up to 31 positioning points can be set. ● Position detection allows for measurement in 0.01 mm increments. ● The weight of ESG1-SS-2005 is a lightweight 90g.
