Air Oil Booster (New Marlock) [Air pressure conversion with a booster]
This is the TAIYO high-power system that converts air pressure into hydraulic pressure using a booster, creating a maximum hydraulic pressure of 17.5 MPa to operate small fastening devices.
The combination of the booster (Newma Lock) and the fastening device allows for a high output of 1.5 to 44.1 kN to be obtained as needed. The booster (Newma Lock) is available in two types: direct pressure type and pre-pressure type. It accommodates a wide range of operations from short strokes to long strokes of the actuator.

<Direct Pressure Booster/NBH> ● Suitable for lifting workpieces or when high output is required throughout the entire stroke of fastening fixtures. ● Since hydraulic pressure is used, it is always possible to obtain uniform and reliable power. ● Theoretical discharge oil pressure: 11–17.5 MPa ● Operating pressure range: 0.2–1 MPa ● Discharge oil volume: 77–304 mm³ <Pre-pressure Booster/PBH・PBE> ● Suitable for tasks that involve moving workpieces with long-stroke fastening fixtures or hydraulic cylinders, followed by pressurization. ● By simply adjusting the air pressure with a pressure reducing valve, high output can be obtained continuously and infinitely. ● Theoretical discharge oil pressure: 11–17.5 MPa ● Operating pressure range: 0.2–1 MPa ● Discharge oil volume: 77–176 mm³
