Two types of high-temperature specification hydraulic cylinders for 14MPa are available: standard type and switch set.
The "H8BT1 series" high-temperature specification tie rod hydraulic cylinder, rated at 14MPa, is a heat-resistant hydraulic cylinder that can be used at ambient temperatures up to 150°C. The switch set can accommodate up to 130°C by incorporating the heat-resistant switch SW013. With cylinder inner diameters ranging from φ40 to φ80, and a variety of support types including SD, LA, LC, FK, FY, FZ, FZ, FC, FD, CA, CB, TA, and TC, we offer a wide selection. Accessories such as end fittings and dust covers are also available, allowing for customization to meet customer needs.

● Tyrod type hydraulic cylinder with a specification of 14MPa and heat-resistant design, with inner diameters of φ40, φ50, φ63, and φ80. ● The standard type can be used up to 150°C, and the switch set can be used up to 130°C. ● PTFE-based combination seals are used in the sliding parts. ● A durability test of 300km has been conducted in a constant temperature bath set at 160°C.
