Takagi Seiko Co., Ltd. will exhibit at the "Advanced Materials Technology Exhibition 2023" organized by SAMPE Japan (General Incorporated Association of Advanced Materials Technology). <Exhibition Content> ▶ Introduction of Super Engineering Plastic Carbon Fiber Molded Products Clips used in aircraft structures have traditionally been made of aluminum, but recently, products using thermosetting resins have begun to be adopted for weight reduction purposes. Our company focuses on composite materials made of thermoplastic super engineering plastics, which have superior productivity compared to thermosetting resins, and carbon fiber. By utilizing our unique molding system, we are advancing research and development of clips that achieve both lightweight and high-speed mass production. ▶ Introduction of Liners for High-Pressure Hydrogen Tanks Our rotational molding technology has made it possible to manufacture seamless, long liners for hydrogen tanks while keeping capital investment costs low. This not only contributes to the spread of environmentally friendly hydrogen energy but also uses plant-derived resins as materials, contributing to carbon neutrality from both application and manufacturing perspectives.
