Insulator integrated stator core
During the insulator molding process, the stator core is integrated with the insert.

The insulator can be integrally molded into a seaweed roll shape around the stator core. By reducing the gaps in the electromagnetic steel sheets of the stator core, heat insulation performance is improved, which in turn enhances the motor performance itself. Material: Basically, any thermoplastic resin such as PPS is acceptable. Size: Can accommodate up to 100t class.
