Takagi Seiko has established a unique TS production integrated system that centrally manages the processes from product development planning to design, molding, and secondary processing. By sharing 3D data from CAD/CAE/CAM across various processes, we create an environment that maximizes our accumulated development technical capabilities based on concurrent engineering, where design, mold manufacturing, and production planning progress simultaneously. We achieve optimized manufacturing through a design-in system where product development projects are collaboratively worked on by our engineers and customers.
