At Hoyu Welding Co., Ltd., we have often struggled with securing and training personnel since our establishment. Additionally, due to the time required for manufacturing, we frequently imposed unreasonable overtime, and there were instances of variability in welding quality depending on the operator. By learning about the "Robot Introduction Demonstration Project Subsidy," we gained a new partner in the form of a robot system integrator (SIer) and decided to challenge ourselves by introducing a welding robot system for small-lot production of various types.
