By simply entering the specified numerical values, the robot automatically generates complex three-dimensional programs and performs scribing and plasma cutting operations on three-dimensional surfaces!
This system performs no teaching tasks for the robot at all; it automatically creates appropriate robot operation programs and executes tasks simply by inputting six types of information into the control panel: rotation angle, distance between centers, hole diameter/side 1, side 2/R, shape, and tilt angle. The system consists of a turntable equipped with a 6-axis robot and a workpiece, with the work target, a mirror plate, loaded onto the turntable using a crane or similar equipment.
