This is a semi-automatic filling machine compatible with one-gallon cans and poly cans, suitable for use in hazardous locations. The filling nozzle is easy to disassemble and clean, ensuring excellent sanitary conditions.
- The filling valve is easy to disassemble and clean, with excellent sanitary properties. - In addition to SUS304, materials for contact parts can also be selected from SUS316, SUS316L, and PTFE (Teflon). - A drip tray to prevent liquid spillage is standard equipment. - It can be used in conjunction with small containers such as one-gallon cans and poly cans, as well as drum cans. Our semi-automatic filling machine for one-gallon cans/poly cans is composed of equipment certified for explosion-proof use in Japan, allowing for safe operation in hazardous locations (note: non-explosion-proof models can also be manufactured). By installing a certified weighing scale at the end of the filling machine, it also complies with JIS standards for automatic weighing. Both hardware and software are designed and manufactured in-house, enabling customization to meet customer needs. *Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations must have domestic explosion-proof certification in Japan, even if it is certified for explosion-proof use overseas, such as IECEx or ATEX. Our products have obtained domestic explosion-proof certification (TIIS certification) and can be safely used in explosion-proof areas.
