Pressure-resistant explosion-proof container/drum combined liquid filling machine
This is a semi-automatic filling machine that can accommodate medium-sized containers such as drums and IBC/metal containers with one unit. The nozzle is cylinder-operated, allowing for high-precision filling.
The filling section is designed as a swing arm type that can be moved horizontally with light force, allowing for brake operation with a hand switch at any desired position. We also accept inquiries for the production of conveying devices such as front and rear conveyors, so please feel free to consult us. 【Features】 - It can accommodate liquid filling for both medium containers such as IBC containers/metal containers and drums stacked on pallets. - Since multiple drums can be filled while placed on a pallet, it reduces the labor involved in handling filled drums. - It enables space-saving as it can fill both drums and containers. - Not only the filling machine but also surrounding equipment including automatic conveying devices at the front and rear can be manufactured. - The parts in contact with the liquid can be selected from SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L, and Teflon (PTFE/PFA). *Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations must have domestic explosion-proof certification in Japan, even if it has been certified for explosion-proof use overseas, such as IECEx or ATEX. Our products have obtained domestic explosion-proof certification (TIIS certification) and can be safely used in explosion-proof areas.
