We offer a wide range of filling valves designed and manufactured in-house, including all stainless steel and all Teflon models!
- Two types are available: all stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L / gaskets made of PTFE) and all Teflon (PTFE). - Stainless steel valves excel in sanitary properties and have excellent cleanability. - Teflon valves are suitable for liquid filling related to semiconductors, which are sensitive to metal ion generation and contamination. - There is also a long nozzle option, which can accommodate the filling of foamy liquids. Additionally, we manufacture various nozzles according to customer requests, including filling nozzles for hot melt products that require insulation and filling nozzles compatible with N2 purge (nitrogen purge).

This is an introduction page for the filling valve that comes with our company's liquid filling machines. You can choose between a short nozzle type, which allows for good liquid drainage, and a long nozzle type, which is optimal for filling highly foaming liquids, both made of all stainless steel and all Teflon. Since we design and manufacture in-house, it is also possible to create valves using gaskets made from specified materials for filling high-viscosity liquids.
