There is no need to disassemble or clean the nozzle when switching liquid types during liquid filling, making contamination prevention easy.
This product is ideal for environments where there are two types of filling liquids and frequent switching of piping lines is necessary. There is no need to disassemble and clean the valves each time the liquid type is switched, which also helps prevent contamination. Liquid type selection (valve switching) can be easily done with a select switch or similar device. Since we design in-house, it is possible to add filling valves not only with twin nozzles but also with three heads. *Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations must undergo domestic explosion-proof certification in Japan, even if it has been certified for explosion-proof use overseas, such as IECEx or ATEX. Our products have obtained domestic explosion-proof certification (TIIS certification) and can be safely used in explosion-proof areas.

This is a pressure-resistant explosion-proof liquid filling device equipped with two valves for liquid type switching. It can accommodate various medium-sized transport containers such as 18L cans, one-gallon cans, plastic cans, drums, and IBCs. The materials for the liquid contact parts can be specified as all stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L / gaskets are PTFE) or all Teflon (PTFE), among others.
