This is a portable type of truck scale that does not require the traditional connection of the indicator and weighing platform via cables; they automatically connect wirelessly simply by turning on their respective power sources. Since there is no need for cable connections, installation is very easy, and after installation, there is no risk of cables being stepped on or tangled by the truck. The main unit can record weighing data for up to 500,000,000 axles, and it is also possible to back up data to a USB memory, making the storage and management of weighing data simple. By passing through the weighing platform at a speed of 10 km/h or less, the weight of each axle can be measured, automatically summed, and printed out. The weighing platform uses a long-life, high-capacity standard 18650 lithium-ion battery. If you purchase a spare battery, it can be easily restored in case of a power outage. Additionally, various options tailored to your needs are available. Besides the method of weighing by adding the weight for each axle, it is also possible to achieve more accurate measurements by placing all wheels on the weighing platform. It is also suitable for updating or replacing wheel scales and axle scales. The weighing platform has an IP66 protection rating, allowing it to be used even in light rain. "Options" OP-1 Patrol Light It can determine overloading with lamp lighting and a buzzer. OP-2 Large External Display A large weight display separate from the indicator, allowing visibility from a distance. OP-3 PC Weighing Software By connecting a PC with the dedicated weighing software installed to the indicator, you can perform vehicle registration, dual weighing, and other measurements similar to truck scales. It also has aggregation and printing functions.
