This product is an optional item for our "Pressure-resistant Explosion-proof Digital Platform Scale." It is a pressure-resistant explosion-proof platform scale equipped with a cylinder receiving frame and cylinder receiving wheels. The scale is designed to measure the weight of cylinders filled with various industrial gases. The cylinder receiving wheels can be fitted with a ratchet, allowing for easy rotation of the cylinders. If constant watering is required, we can accommodate special specifications, such as manufacturing it entirely from stainless steel. Since it uses a pressure-resistant explosion-proof load cell and indicator, it can be installed in explosion-proof areas (hazardous locations of type 1 and type 2) where flammable gases are used. It can be manufactured not only as explosion-proof but also as non-explosion-proof. During filling or extraction, when the set quantity is reached, the indicator (controller) can output a signal to solenoid valves, automatically closing valves and other devices.
