"BIB-compatible" pressure-resistant explosion-proof semi-automatic filling machine
This is a semi-automatic filling machine designed for liquid filling into BIB containers (QB tainers) with pressure-resistant explosion-proof specifications. Non-explosion-proof versions are also available.
This is a semi-automatic liquid filling machine compatible with liquid filling for BIB (Bag-in-Box) and QB tenor. The neck of the inner container can be clamped with a fixture, allowing for precise and stable filling using a load cell. The BIB clamp fixture can be retracted, making it possible to also use it with standard one-gallon cans and 20L plastic cans. The contact parts can be selected from SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L (with PTFE seals) or all PTFE materials. With the optional nozzle initial position handle lifting mechanism, it can accommodate containers with different shapes and heights of openings. We can also design and manufacture surrounding devices such as nitrogen purge machines, cappers, and pressure-resistant explosion-proof driven roller conveyors, as well as front and rear transport devices, so please feel free to consult us. *Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations, even if it has explosion-proof certification overseas such as IECEx or ATEX, cannot be used in Japan unless it has passed domestic explosion-proof testing. Our products have obtained domestic explosion-proof certification (TIIS certification) and can be safely used in explosion-proof areas.
