Skid-mounted coil weighing machine
This is a load cell type digital platform scale with a coil holder loaded on the weighing platform. It is ideal for weighing in factories where coils are transported by crane.
The load cell type digital scale is a coil weighing machine equipped with a V-shaped block (skid for coil support). We also accept orders for manufacturing certified products under Class 3 of the Weights and Measures Act. We can design the machine to fit the size and shape of the coils, and it is possible to change the size of the coil support skid, modify the weighing platform, and specify the resin material for the coil support section. Additionally, options such as coil overturn prevention frames and large external displays are available. We also handle the production of control panels that include not only weight display but also serial communication with higher-level systems and signal exchanges.
