This is a case study of a liquid filling machine that automatically fills 14L cans in an explosion-proof area.
This is a fully automatic filling machine for 14L square cans to be used in hazardous areas of Zone 1. It automatically performs all processes including N2 purging, filling, weighing, capping, and labeling. The layout is designed so that a semi-automatic filling machine for 18L cans, which has a low production frequency, can merge with the transport line and connect to the existing filled can transport line at the downstream end. Due to the distance from the safe area and the inability to install non-explosion-proof electrical equipment, all equipment, including the control panel, is constructed to be explosion-proof.
