The "BA-6500" is a high-performance labeling machine that achieves labeling suitable for various conditions. It uses a bellows (a stretchable rubber applicator) to apply suction pressure, allowing for smooth and effortless labeling on recessed areas and soft substrates. It adopts a synchronized suction method that slides the bellows during label release, enabling stable label adhesion. 【Features】 - The bellows can deform upon contact with the substrate in a short time (less than 0.1 seconds). - There is no need to stop the conveyor during label application. - As a suction pressure application method, it boasts a top-level labeling capability of 120 labels per minute. - The bellows unit can be installed offset by 30mm to the left or right. - Compatible with adhesive-killing labels such as POP labels. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
