Detailed information
-
Original compact explosion-proof motor Developed from the industry's first compact explosion-proof motor. Enhancing usage in safe areas such as painting rooms.
-
Explosion-proof motors We also sell exclusively developed explosion-proof motors.
-
Cross Motion Bar Supporting Rotational Coating A new technology for painting robots developed for rotational coating, the Cross Motion Bar faithfully reproduces thin film multi-coating on a work jig that rotates in both directions.
-
Cross motion bar that moves in all directions. Developed for rotational painting. It entrusted the axis for painting to 3-4 axes, not the axis for robots.
-
Easy-to-install Swan Robot It allows the use of a hand lifter on the base frame, making installation easy. Production can begin immediately after installation.
-
One Cup System A paint supply device attached to the Swan Robot. It has a built-in syringe pump that supplies paint accurately.
-
One Cup System It allows for easy and simple setup of paint. Cleaning is also easy. It reduces unnecessary paint consumption during the cleaning process and cuts costs related to solvents used for cleaning.

The painting robot Swan is systematized.
A set of equipment necessary for painting. Painting Robot System Swan The Swan robot packages all the equipment needed for painting. | Therefore, painting can be done immediately after installation. | Generally, when building a painting system using robots, users had to select various components such as the robot, paint pumps, spray guns, and transport devices. The Swan robot, developed by Takubo Engineering as a device for achieving painting, packages all the necessary equipment, eliminating the hassle of systemization. | The content of the painting robot is different. | Although it is often compared to robots from other companies, the Swan robot is a painting robot system. Therefore, the content of the painting robot is different. Moreover, since the equipment is designed with advanced control systems, it enables optimization of paint consumption, stabilization and improvement of quality, and quantification of these factors, allowing for manageable painting production. It is filled with technological development, software, and know-how for painting production.

We held a demonstration of the swanist.
From May 17 to 19, 2018, we sponsored the Toshiba Machine Co., Ltd. Solution Fair 2018, where we showcased the latest teaching assist software "Swanist" specifically designed for painting robots, along with live demonstrations. ◎ Latest Teaching Assistant Software for Painting Robots: "Swanist" The teaching tasks that previously required robot language input can now be performed semi-automatically. The software simplifies tasks such as point input, editing, and program creation, allowing for easy operation on a computer. Swanist can replay teaching data and conduct simulations in a virtual space. At the same time, it can reproduce movements with the Swan robot, enabling data creation while confirming the movements. In the future, we aim for full automation, from reading work data to automatic teaching, fluid analysis, and data conversion. The exhibition also featured live demonstrations of "Jet Design." 2018/05/29 Public Relations Office
