**Features** The spherical roller bearings SB type and SA1 type are self-aligning sliding bearings designed for heavy loads, featuring inner and outer rings made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel that have been hardened and ground. They are coated with a phosphate film that excels in rust prevention and wear resistance, and additionally, they have a baked-on treatment of molybdenum disulfide. 【Lineup】 ○ Outer ring split at 2 locations, SB type → This is the most widely used series in Japan. The width of the spherical contact area is large, making it suitable for heavy loads. The outer ring is split at two locations, with the inner ring incorporated. ○ Outer ring split at 1 location, SA1 type → This series is commonly used in Europe. The outer ring is split at one location (for inner diameters of ϕ100 and above, it is split at two locations) and is narrower and thinner compared to the SB type, allowing for compact use.
