Fixed revolution! The 'Air Unit,' equipped with an air release mechanism, has newly joined the "Quick Clamper" series. With the air ON, it unclamps easily, making control straightforward. There are two types of clamping methods available: 1-way (single direction) and 2-way (bi-directional). Even if the air supply is lost due to disconnection of the air tube or a power outage, it clamps instantly for safety. 【Other Features】 ■ By attaching to the air cylinder, a brake mechanism can be added later, allowing the air cylinder to stop and hold at any desired position (one-way only). ■ Manual release is possible by inserting a flathead screwdriver into the manual release hole and sliding the piston. ■ Manual release can be performed during installation or maintenance even without air. ■ No power source such as electricity or air is needed while clamping. ■ Clamping is achieved through a mechanical mechanism. 【Key Points】 ■ Significant holding power realized by the original roller "Guo Roller" (Shaft diameter: φ8 to φ25, holding power: 180N to 700N). ■ Can be fixed in one direction or both directions. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
