THK Cross Roller Ring Series
Compact and high-rigidity swivel bearing! Achieving excellent rotational accuracy!
Cross roller bearings are designed with cylindrical rollers arranged alternately in a perpendicular pattern on a 90° V-groove rolling surface through a spacer retainer, allowing a single bearing to support loads in all directions, including radial, axial, and moment loads. [Features] - Excellent rotational accuracy - Prevention of skewing - Easy handling - Significantly increased rigidity (3 to 4 times) - High load capacity

Detailed information
-
RU shape (integrated inner and outer ring) Due to the integrated structure of the inner and outer rings with mounting holes, a retaining flange and housing are not required, allowing for easy installation. Additionally, there is almost no impact on performance from assembly, resulting in stable rotational accuracy and torque. It can be used for both inner ring rotation and outer ring rotation.
-
RB type (outer ring split type, for inner ring rotation) This is the basic form of a cross roller ring with a split outer ring and an integrated inner ring structure. It is used in areas where high rotational accuracy of the inner ring is required. Applications include use in the swiveling part of indexing tables in machine tools.
-
RE type (inner wheel split type, for outer wheel rotation) The main dimensions are the same as the RB type, but it is used in areas where rotation accuracy of the outer wheel is required.
-
The rotation accuracy of the USP series in RB shape / RE shape exceeds the world's highest precision standards set by JIS Class 2, ISO Class 2, DIN P2, AFBMA ABCE9, and others, achieving ultra-precision grade.
-
RA type (outer wheel split type, for inner wheel rotation) is a compact type with the wall thickness of the inner and outer wheels of the RB type made as thin as possible. It is ideal for areas where lightweight and compact design is required, such as the hand rotation part of robots and manipulators.
-
RA-C type (single split type) The RA type has the same main dimensions. With a one-section split structure for the outer ring and high rigidity of the outer ring, it can also be used for outer ring rotation.
