[Features] ○ Improved heavy load capacity and damping → The "SVR/SVS" adopts a circular arc-shaped deep groove with a curvature approximating the ball diameter on the rolling surface. As the load increases, the contact area with the balls expands, resulting in a greater load capacity and improved damping characteristics. ○ Enhanced dust resistance → The newly developed protector enhances foreign object removal functionality, strengthening dust resistance. Additionally, the adoption of side scrapers reduces the inflow of foreign objects into the LM block, maintaining the performance of the LM guide over a long period even in harsh environments. ○ High rigidity → The "SVR/SVS" achieves high rigidity among LM guides with ball retainers. Furthermore, it offers a lineup of radial type "SVR" and four-direction type "SVS" in the same dimensions, allowing for selection based on specifications. ○ Abundant options → A variety of options are available, including end seals, inner seals, side seals, layered contact scrapers (LaCS), protectors, side scrapers, and GC caps, enabling compatibility with various operating environments.
