The assist indicator is a fieldbus-compatible indicator. Traditionally, changing setups involved adjusting the feed amount with a handle while looking at a list. However, when the frequency of product changes on the production line is high and there are many adjustment points, it can be time-consuming and prone to errors. The assist indicator allows for the target values registered according to the production items to be sent collectively from the controller to each indicator, improving work efficiency. Additionally, the adjustment of the feed amount and confirmation that it matches the target value can be verified with LEDs and the controller, enhancing reliability as well.
