[Features] ○ Space-saving and pipe-free → The unitization without piping significantly reduces the installation space. ○ Two system patterns available → We offer a single fluid specification that handles both supply and return of cooling piping in one unit, and a dual fluid specification that uses separate supply and return units to flow two types of fluids (such as water and air). ○ Reduced design and arrangement workload, minimized pipe leakage → Only one arrangement slip is needed. Since it is a pre-assembled unit, there is no need to worry about leaks that can occur during piping installation. ○ Abundant variations → The unit can be equipped with a cylinder valve (GNAB, GNAD series), manual valves, flow sensors (WFK3000 series), and flow adjustment needles, providing a wide variety of options. ○ Electromagnetic flow sensor can be installed → It is also possible to install a capacitive electromagnetic flow sensor from the WFC series.

WXU-H [1 Fluid Specification] ○ Cooling piping can be supplied and returned with a single unit. ○ Valves can be installed on both the supply and return sides. ○ By adopting a cock-type valve, opening and closing can be done in one action, making visual confirmation easy. ○ The lightweight design of the in-block and valve housing makes handling easy.

WXU-H [Single Fluid Specification] ○ This is a single fluid specification cock valve type that performs both supply and return in one unit, similar to the WXU-H type. ○ It is equipped with a capacitive electromagnetic flow sensor, which reduces the risk of detection failure due to water quality.

WXU-J [1 Fluid Specification] ○ The cooling piping can supply and return with one unit. ○ The supply side can be equipped with valves and needles, allowing for individual control (on/off) for each system. ○ With the needle installed, flow rate adjustment is easy.

WXU-P [2-fluid specification] ○ It can flow two types of fluids (water, air, etc.) using supply and return. ○ It is suitable for circuits with cooling water and air, such as sputtering equipment. ○ Individual control (water flow/air purge) is possible for each system.
