"Quick Clamper" unit experience demo machine
This is a demo machine that allows you to experience the quick clamping mechanism. If the workpiece is within the specified range, suction demonstrations can be performed with your workpiece as well.
"Adaptable to various types of work with the alignment unit!" ■ What is the alignment unit? It is a mechanism that arranges multiple quick clampers both vertically and horizontally, allowing the shaft to be fixed according to the contours of the workpiece, enabling support, gripping, and transportation of various types of work without the need to change chucks or jigs. The alignment unit of this demonstration machine is manual, allowing for flexible testing of how the elements contact the customer's workpiece and the degree of suction. With a balancer attached, it can lift the workpiece with minimal effort. It is possible to identify challenges for implementation. You can experience the demonstration machine at our Keihin Sales Office (Tamagawa, Ota-ku, Tokyo).
