This is a device that reads the lot number printed on the wafer and arranges the wafers, which have become disordered during the production process, in order of the lot number. It can sort in ascending or descending order, extract the required wafers, split from one cassette into two, and consolidate from two back into one, with the capability to set up 30 different recipe patterns.
