Two types of paper-based air cushioning materials for wrapping and gap filling.

WavePAC is an environmentally friendly paper air cushioning material made by laminating FSC-certified paper with biodegradable film. It replaces traditional plastic air cushioning materials, achieving plastic reduction, decarbonization, and material volume reduction simultaneously. It comes in two shapes: Type 7.1 (pillow type) and Type 8.3 (tube type). Type 7.1 is a small pillow shape suitable for filling small gaps and securing products, while Type 8.3 is a wide tube shape suitable for wrapping entire products and protecting larger spaces. They can be used interchangeably based on the size and shape of the packaging and the required protection area. Both types can be used for protecting lightweight to medium-weight items, and the ability to select the optimal shape according to the packaging contents and box size is a key feature.
