HACCP-compliant cart separator
Introducing a method to guide the dried goods to the cart without feeling the weight of the inner box when taking them out of the storage!
We will explain the cart separation that complies with HACCP. When using a cart, there may be a height difference between the cart and the dryer, which can affect operability. To address this, improvements have been made to ensure smooth operation even with a slight height difference (within 5mm) or slope in the work area. Additionally, the interchangeability of carts in the left and right compartments is good. It is possible to insert and remove the inner box unit without applying a stopper to the cart. However, for safety reasons, it is recommended to use the cart with the wheels locked.
