[Development Case] Curing Furnace Upper and Lower Conveyor Control System
Enabling variable speed for stable quality product manufacturing! Introducing development examples in the field of equipment control.
This is a case study of a conveyor control system developed for the fiber molding process. It features upper and lower conveyors to mold to specified density and thickness, with variable control using an inverter. After implementation, by converting the conveyor control to inverter-based, it became possible to vary the speed and achieve stable quality in product manufacturing. 【Case Overview】 ■Industry: Manufacturing ■Field: Equipment Control ■Development Environment ・PLC: MELSEC PLC (Q Series) ・Touch Panel: MELSEC GOT ・INV: MELSEC FREQROL (CC-Link connection) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
basic information
【Introduction Effects】 ■ By converting the conveyor control to an inverter, it enables variable speed and stable quality product manufacturing. ■ The load and speed of the conveyor are displayed on a touch panel and trend analysis is possible, allowing for an understanding of equipment trends. ■ By displaying startup conditions (linked/independent) and signals for each I/O, the work efficiency of personnel handling the equipment is improved. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
